Return & Refund Policy

At Prithvirooh, we are committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly, and handcrafted products. As many of our products are handmade using natural materials, minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, fragrance, or finish are natural and should not be considered defects.

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories, if applicable.
Not have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns will only be accepted after receiving confirmation and return instructions from Prithvirooh.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Broken, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your package and product immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged or broken during transit
Defective
Different from the product ordered
Missing parts or accessories, where applicable

you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For damaged or broken products, you are required to provide:

A clear and continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed package before opening and continuing until the product is completely unpacked.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Clear photographs of the outer packaging/shipping box.
A clear photograph of the shipping label.

Important

An unboxing video is required for transit-damage or breakage claims. Claims submitted without a suitable unboxing video and supporting photographs may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

After reviewing the evidence and verifying the issue, Prithvirooh may, at its discretion, provide:

A replacement product;
A refund; or
Store credit,

depending on the circumstances and availability of the product.

Replacement/Damaged Products will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Approved Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Clearance or final-sale products.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper storage, or improper handling.
Products showing normal wear and tear or natural characteristics of handcrafted materials.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If a return is approved because of:

A wrong product being delivered;
A manufacturing defect; or
Damage during transit,

Prithvirooh will bear the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification of the claim.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

The refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after approval.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after refund approval, please contact us using the details below.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped/dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

7. Handmade & Natural Product Disclaimer

Prithvirooh products are handcrafted using natural and eco-friendly materials, which may include cow dung and Clay

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in the following may occur from one product to another:

Colour
Shape
Texture
Finish
Fragrance
Weight
Size

These variations are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

8. Return & Refund Approval

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Prithvirooh.

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request where the product does not meet the eligibility requirements described in this policy or where the claim cannot be reasonably verified.

Any decision will be made in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
