2. Products

Prithvirooh offers handcrafted, eco-friendly products made using natural materials including cow dung, herbs, clay, and other traditional ingredients.

Since our products are handmade:

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, weight, size, or finish are natural.
Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Actual products may slightly differ from photographs due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade manufacturing process.

These natural variations shall not be treated as defects.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order is subject to:

Successful payment authorization
Product availability
Verification of customer details

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability
Suspected fraudulent activity
Incorrect customer information
Any reason required to comply with applicable law

If payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Payments

We accept payments through secure payment gateways provided by Shopify and its authorized payment partners.

Prithvirooh does not store your debit card, credit card, banking credentials, CVV, or UPI PIN.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:

Customer location
Courier availability
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

For damaged or broken products, customers must provide:

A complete unedited unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Photographs of the shipping box and shipping label.

Claims without the required video and photographic evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Designs
Graphics
Text
Product descriptions

is the exclusive property of Prithvirooh unless otherwise stated.
